Since the DASH diet plan calls for legumes & nuts 3 times a week, I made a new chili recipe tonight for dinner. It included, as you can see, lentils. I've never made anything with lentils before. Ever. It wasn't bad. But if I made it again, I wouldn't use 2 cups of them. 2 cups is way too much.
